In Katie's words

I became a trainer to help people feel comfortable in the gym and help them become the best version of themselves. I too had a difficult — but very much worth it — journey. I know it's hard, but the outcome doesn't come close to choosing not to make that move in the first place!

  • Conditioning
  • Online and hybrid coaching

In Brandon's words

Don't just give people workouts. Teach them how to manage their fitness. I coach with honesty: I won't oversell the process or pretend it's easy, but I'll give you a clear plan, teach you why it works, and adjust it as you progress. The goal is for you to build the body, develop the knowledge, and own the process.

Working with Brandon

Every client starts with an assessment, and your program is built from there. We train, track, and adjust together, and you'll leave sessions understanding what you did and why. I also offer online and hybrid coaching, so support doesn't stop when you leave the gym.

In Dan's words

My coaching is clear, focused, supportive, and built around the GReps CORE principles: Consistency, Overload, Repetitions, and Effort. Hard work matters, but hard is not a program—the training must serve the person, their goals, schedule, experience, joints, and recovery. My clients want to build strength, stay capable, improve body composition, and feel better in everyday life.

Working with Dan

You'll receive a clear, individualized plan and direct coaching built around your goals and real life. Expect structure, accountability, high-quality repetitions, and honest effort—without circus workouts, unnecessary complexity, or pressure to make fitness your entire identity.
